Introduction

By accessing and submitting and application with Claim My Credit you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained in the Terms Of Use outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website, and the company that owns it, and any email or other type of communication between you and Claim My Credit.

Under no circumstances shall Claim My Credit team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Claim My Credit team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Services

Most services are 100% digital and delivered through email & ClaimMy.Credit dashboard.

We partner with knowledge credit advisors and certified CPAs. Their assistance may include additional phone calls, as needed.

Creating an Account

To access our services, you must create an account. By doing so, you agree to receive emails and calls related to your account and services. You are responsible for your account usage, and you must keep your login information confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend your account if we suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account.

Data Collection

Our support staff has access to your application information but not your uploaded documents. If you signed up by referral, your referrer will be able to see ONLY your last initial, first name, and the status of your application (STARTED, SUBMITTED, APPROVED, or INELIGIBLE). Our partner CPAs may access all of your submitted information and your documents for filing preparation. We may share data with Technique Tax, Vyde, and Quantify Tax for service purposes. Your data will not be sold. By submitting your information, you consent for Claim My Credit to contact you by telephone, text, automated technology, email and/or direct mail with information about the status of my application, and to provide assistance in filing my application.

Also, when a user is signing up for our services, that user will be automatically signed up on our email subscriber list for future news, updates and promotions. If any user wants, he/she can unsubscribe anytime using the unsubscribe link provided on the email.

Security of Personal Data

The security of your personal data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100 secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. When you upload files they will be directly sent to and stored securely on Box.com.

Payment Terms

Using claimmy.credit is free!
We receive affiliate money from our partners at Quantify Tax.

Using our services is not agreement to pay. Any possible payments will be handled by Quantify, and you will be given payment choices once you've completed your application and you've determined you have credit you can claim.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and tracking for internal purposes only. We may share it in an anonymized fashion with our partners listed above for the purpose of processing SETC applications, and assisting applicants through the process.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.


We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
